  • Tax rate of 2% on taxable income between $2,501 and $3,750.
  • Tax rate of 3% on taxable income between $3,751 and $4,900.
  • Tax rate of 4% on taxable income between $4,901 and $7,200.
  • Tax rate of 5% on taxable income over $7,200.

For married taxpayers living and working in the state of Oklahoma:

  • Tax rate of 0.5% on the first $2,000 of taxable income.
  • Tax rate of 1% on taxable income between $2,001 and $5,000.
  • Tax rate of 2% on taxable income between $5,001 and $7,500.
  • Tax rate of 3% on taxable income between $7,501 and $9,800.
  • Tax rate of 4% on taxable income between $9,801 and $12,200.
  • Tax rate of 5% on taxable income over $12,200.

For the Single, Married Filing Jointly, Married Filing Separately, and Head of Household filing statuses, the OK tax rates and the number of tax brackets remain the same. Notice, however, the Oklahoma income tax brackets for Married Filing Jointly increase from $1,000 to $2,000 at 1%, and increase from $7,200 to $12,200 at 5% the highest tax bracket. For the first five income tax brackets, Married Filing Separately taxable income ranges are one half that of Married Filing Jointly in the state of Oklahoma.
